MERCHANT FEES

 

Before submitting any Merchant Fees, you must have completed our approval process. If you have been approved, please review both Merchant Information and Merchant Contract to be sure that you understand our policies.

If you are not sure that you have been approved please contact us with any questions.

Please submit your signed Merchant Contract at the time you pay your Merchant fees.

If submitting by e-mail, your typed signature is sufficient and will be considered binding.

Merchant Fees are $40 per 12'x12' space. You may reserve a maximum of 2 spaces.

Merchant fees do not include Festival fees; these fees are extra.

Booth set up is 9 A.M. Thursday May 15th.

You will not be permitted on site before that time.

You must be off site by Noon on Sunday May 18th.

Breakdown must commence no later than 10 A.M.

We cannot provide electricity for Merchants

Only service animals are permitted on site
