MERCHANT INFORMATION

We are looking for a wide variety of Merchants to inhabit our Merchants' Row and Town Square area. Festival Attendees like to see new and different items each year, and we look forward to bringing them an exciting array of merchandise!

Due to our policy of non-competition, Merchants are accepted on a first-come/first-served basis. We only allow 15-20 Merchants each year and these spaces fill very quickly. As a result, we require pre-approval of each merchant before a Merchant Contract is signed.

We ask that you contact us and give us a list of the types of merchandise that you wish to display (i.e. "altar cloths, incense, soaps, beads"). We will consider this list and contact you within 48 hours. Please note that some types of merchandise will not be permitted due to various park regulations and insurance requirements. If any of your listed merchandise is not permitted, these exclusions will be specifically noted in your Merchant Approval. Please review your Merchant Approval carefully before signing your Merchant Contract, as your stock may be inspected by staff at the festival to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to ask you to remove unapproved merchandise from display at your PUF booth; failure to comply with these requests may result in loss of your Merchant privileges at this years' and/or future festivals.

Merchant Fees are $40 per 10'x12' space. This fee is payable within 72 hours of the time you receive your Merchant Approval and must be submitted along with a completed Merchant Contract. You may submit the contract via email. If payment and contract are not received within that time, we reserve the right to rent your space to another Merchant. All payments may be made by Paypal. If you must pay by check, please advise us so that we may give extra time for the check to arrive. We also ask that you donate an item for our auction. The money will go to a worthy Pagan cause or a Pagan in need.

While you may pay your Festival fees separately from your Merchant fee, please note that the rates increase as PUF approaches; we strongly encourage you to pay all fees simultaneously to "lock in" the lower rate.

Merchants are not required to do Community Service; we think that you serve the Community just by offering your wonderful wares.

Booth set up is 9 A.M. Thursday May 15th

You will not be permitted on site before that time.

You must be off site by Noon on Sunday May 19th.

Breakdown must commence no later than 10 A.M.

We have a Merchant Manager who will be available to you throughout the week-end to answer all of your questions and to provide you with help so that your booth will never be unattended.
